("Restaurant Passion, Inc.", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide on the restaurantpassion.com, banquets.restaurantpassion.com and wedding passion.com websites including the products and/or services that are offered and displayed on these websites or other websites, your use of com.restaurantpassion.admintools.ios,  com.restaurantpassion.admintools.android mobile device applications (apps) including the products and/or services that are advertised and/or displayed on these websites or apps and other websites and apps severally and collectively (severally and collectively, "Website" or "Services"). Billing and payments

In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Where necessary for processing future payments and subject to your prior consent, your financial information will be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of our reputed payment gateway service provider who is subject to treating your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
