First Course (Select One)
-cold antipasto (mozzarella, roasted pepper & tomato)
-little neck clams baked with shiitake & bell pepper finished with brandy
-mixed baby field greens

Second Course (Select One)
-homemade ravioli with five cheese & spinach
-orecchiette with braised cherry tomato, roasted garlic, basil & chives finished with parmigiano cheese
-pasta fagioli – pasta and bean soup with pancetta
-toasted barley & shiitake mushroom soup

Main Course (Select three)
-slow-cooked arctic char with chickpea cake, dill sauce & fresh chickpeas topped with cucumber & cherry tomato salad
-veal scaloppine over fennel hash
-lemon glazed breast of free-range chicken stuffed with fennel, accompanied by wild rice & savoy cabbage
-roasted free-range chicken (half chicken) with string beans, celery root & rosemary sauce

Homemade Dessert- includes coffee & tea
-vanilla bean crème brûlée
