Since its opening in October of 1996, Girasole Restaurant has been gaining much deserved attention from fine cuisine lovers in the area. Located at 502 West Union Avenue in Bound Brook, the newly renovated restaurant is family owned and operated by the Russo’s. Rob Russo has a commitment to personalized service and Chef Alfonso Russo consistently demonstrates his expertise in the kitchen. The broad menu at Girasole is Northern Italian offering daily meat and fish specials.

Girasole is open Monday through Friday for lunch and every night for dinner. Major credit cards are accepted and the restaurant is handicap accessible. Reservations are strongly recommended.
